Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on September 29, 2021, found that Seniors Helping Seniors had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on June 7, 2021.
